Updated MoU with the Scottish Housing Regulator

One of our aims as regulator is to try to streamline processes for organisations that are registered with more than one regulator. Once we have worked with our regulatory partners to establish these streamlined processes, we then capture this information in a clear Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
We have recently updated our MoU with the Scottish Housing regulator as we have further clarified processes with respect to notifiable events and constitutional changes.
