OSCR response to Scottish Government's Freedom of Information consultation

The Scottish Government are currently running a consultation on extending the coverage of FOI to organisations providing services on behalf of a Scottish public authority. The consultation runs until 03 December 2019.
OSCR supports increased transparency in the public sector and in the charity sector. We are seeking changes to Charity law in order to achieve this aim for the charities we regulate. OSCR has now published its response to the consultation which can be viewed here.
