OSCR response to Programme for Government announcement

Responding to the announcement by the First Minister today (Tuesday 6 September) that the Scottish Government will introduce proposed legislation in the coming parliamentary year to strengthen and update the current legislative framework provided by the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, an OSCR Spokesperson said:
"We look forward to examining these proposals in detail with a view to working positively with Ministers and Parliament to inform their important discussions over the months ahead."
