Calling small charities!
** PLEASE NOTE THE RECRUITMENT FOR THE CHARITIES REFERENCE GROUP HAS NOW CLOSED **
We are looking to set up a Charities Reference Group. This will deliver an opportunity for the sector to engage and interact directly with OSCR. It will provide charities with the opportunity to contribute directly to OSCR priorities, by providing perspectives from across the sector. It will act as a sounding board for OSCR to ensure that we are playing an effective role in supporting the sector and underpinning public trust and confidence in charities.
The aim is to develop a representative group that reflects the range of charities across Scotland, taking into account size of organisation, geographical area, beneficiary groups, type of activity etc.
Do you have the confidence to represent your charity? (you can be a trustee, or a staff member) Do you have the ability to enter into dialogue with OSCR and other members of the reference group? And the time to commit to three meetings a year and some pre-meeting work?
