The Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) has today (Friday 25 July 2025) published an inquiry report into Nicholas James Lee Gray LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation in the United States which has been misrepresenting itself as a charity in Scotland.

OSCR has issued a direction to Nicholas James Lee Gray LLC to stop representing itself as a charity registered in Scotland.
