Application for consent to wind-up or dissolve a charity

The Scottish Charity Number starts 'SC0' and can be found on the Scottish Charity Register.
Applicant information
If you are applying on behalf of a charity, please state your position and the organisation you represent.
Details of the wind-up or dissolution
A charity's constitution is a legal document that outlines the charity's purpose, structure, and how it operates. It can also be known as a governing document, a trust deed, or rules, depending on the specific legal structure of the organisation. If the constitution has no explicit provision but otherwise has the powers to wind-up or dissolve (e.g. under the Companies Act) please provide the details.
For example, this may be when your next AGM takes place. An approximate date is acceptable.
Is this charity being replaced by a new charitable company or SCIO?
The number can be found on the Scottish Charity Register and starts with 'SC0'.

Please provide us with full details of the assets and liabilities held by your charity at the time of making this application

Does the charity have any cash (in bank or in hand)?
Provide full details of cash received in pounds sterling.
Does the charity have any land or buildings?
Include the address and the most recent valuation (if available).
Does the charity have any vehicles?
Include the approximate market valuation for all vehicles.
Does the charity have any furniture, fixtures or fittings?
Include computer equipment and state an approximate market valuation.
Does the charity have any shares or investments?
Name of each company in which shares are held, with number and type of shares held and most recent valuation if available.
Are there any recoverable grants and loans due to the charity?
Is the charity due any tax reclaims?
Are there any other debts due to the charity?
Are there any loans owed by the charity? This includes bank loans and loans to other organisations or individuals.
Does the charity have the liability of a pension scheme?
This should be as per the last valuation of the pension scheme.
Is the charity committed to any hire purchases or leases?
Does the charity owe any tax?
Does the charity owe any other debts?
If the organisation is not a charity, then please provide details of its purposes. Any proposed distribution of the remaining assets must be in line with the terms of the charity's governing document. If the charity does not (or will not) have any remaining assets to distribute to other organisations, please state this in the answer.
For every individual regulator, please include a reference number if applicable.
