The George Jamieson Fund (SC007537), Nether Don Fishers Fund (SC022305), Nether Don Widows Fund (SC022306), Patrick Mitchell Hunter Fund (SC017380) and The Shepherd Trust (SC000112) have been directed to submit information to OSCR as part of an ongoing inquiry by the regulator. 

Our inquiries have found that, although these are five separate charities with distinct charitable purposes and individual entries on the Scottish Charity Register, they share common management arrangements, including the same principal contact and administrative arrangements. OSCR considers that there appears to have been misconduct in the administration of these charities and that regulatory action is necessary to secure the proper application of the charities' property for their charitable purposes. 

There has been some engagement between OSCR and the charities, however they have failed to provide the required information requested by OSCR. As a result, OSCR has directed them to submit the overdue documentation and details of their current charity trustees by 3 March 2027.
