The Association hereby constituted shall be called “The Isobel Fraser Residential Home” formerly the Isobel Fraser Home of Rest. Its objects shall be (One) to acquire the assets, heritable and moveable, and to undertake and perform the liabilities and obligations to third parties other than the Aged Christian Friend Society of Scotland, of the Inverness and District Auxiliary of the Aged Christian Friend Society of Scotland, and that as an independent and autonomous voluntary organisation,; and (Two) the permanent relief or assistance-by way of provision of equipped and staffed residential accommodation with board or of Cottage Homes for elderly persons of both sexes who for reasons of health, age and personal circumstances find it impossible to live alone, or by way of pension, grant or such other benefit as the Association may decided upon – of residents of the North of Scotland of either sex who have attained the age of not less than 60 years and who may be deemed by the Association (hereinafter called “the Residential Home”) to be in need or all or any of the services or facilities which are within its power and objects to provide.
