The objects of the Association shall be: (a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Kincardine local area (hereinafter called "the area of benefit") by: (i) giving guidance to organisations and community groups (ii) associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation of the community and to act as an advisory body in the provision of such facilities (iii) fostering a community spirit for the achievement of these and such other purposes as may by law be deemed to be charitable (b) To establish or to secure the establishment of a Community Centre (hereinafter referred to as '?he Centre") and to maintain and manage, or to co-operate with any local statutory authority or authorities in the maintenance and management of such a Centre, for activities promoted by the Association and its constituent bodies in the furtherance of the above objects or any of them. (c) The Association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion. (d) The Association and its constituent bodies shall have the power to affiliate to National Associations and other organisations whose object shall not be inconsistent with those set out above.

From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
