To promote the well-being of the Community resident in Gannouth and Kingston and the surrounding district, being the area bounded by the Moray Firth on the North, the River Spey on the East and including the farms of Newton and the Hill, Lochs Cottage (Els-Mhor) and the farm of Corbiewells on the South and West, all in the County of Moray (hereinafter called the "prescribed area"), without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions; by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and facilities for physical and mental training and recreation and social, moral and intellectual development, and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of those and other such objects as may be by law deemed to be charitable. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
