Upcoming Webinar on FOI extension consultation
The Scottish Government are consulting on possible extensions to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. The consultation closes on 22 November. It focuses on organisations that provide services on behalf of the public sector that are not currently subject to the FOI legislation.
Given the potential impact on the charity sector, SCVO, Scottish Government and OSCR are holding a joint webinar on the FOI extension consultation.
