The Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) yesterday (Wednesday 23 July 2025) published an inquiry report into the charity Free Wheel North (SC039789).

OSCR has issued a direction to the charity to hold a competent Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) so that the members of the charity can properly elect a new Board, in line with the charity’s governing document.

Once new charity trustees have been appointed, OSCR will meet with the Board, as a collective, to set out their legal duties as charity trustees.
