Section 64B of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005

This form must be completed by the recipient charity (the transferee) to inform OSCR of a charity merger.

Some of the information you give in this form will become publicly available on the Scottish Charity Register and the Record of Mergers displayed on OSCR’s website. These sections are marked below with a ¹.

Have you received any cash (in bank or in hand) from the transferring charity?
Provide full details of cash received in pounds sterling.
Have you received any land or buildings from the transferring charity?
Please provide details of any land or buildings received (including address), with most recent valuation if available.
Have you received any vehicles from the transferring charity?
List of all motor vehicles received with approximate market valuation.
Have you received any furniture, fixtures and fittings from the transferring charity?
Please provide details of all furniture, fixtures and fittings received (including computer equipment) with approximate market valuation.
Have you received any shares or investments from the transferring charity?
Please provide details of shares and investments received. For shares, please provide details of any companies in which shares are held following transfer, with number and type of shares held and most recent valuation if available.
Have you received any grants or loans from the transferring charity?
Please provide details of all grants and loans received with their cash value.
Has the transferring charity assigned any debts due to be paid to them to you?
Have you accepted any liabilities from the transferring charity? This could include bank loans, recoverable grants, pension scheme liabilities, hire purchase or lease liabilities, tax owed or any other type of debt owed by the transferring charity.
You can only notify OSCR of the merger after all the property, rights and liabilities of the transferring charity (the transferor) have been transferred. If these were not all transferred at the same time, please enter the date that the last item was transferred.
