If you have changed the charity's Principal office address or the contact details of the person whose name and address is entered in the Register, then you should NOT be using this form and should be updating these details in OSCR Online. Instructions for making this change can be found here.

The Scottish Charity Number starts 'SC0' and can be found on the Scottish Charity Register.
Applicant information
If you are applying on behalf of a charity, please state your position and the organisation you represent.
Are you the charity's Principal Contact? The Principal Contact is the main listed person we communicate with when we need to get in touch with your charity. This person can be a charity trustee, an employee, an accountant or legal adviser.

Please make sure you are listed as the charity's Principal Contact on OSCR Online. Guidance on amending a charity's Principal Contact using OSCR Online can be found here.

If you are a company, has the body wound-up at Companies House?
In addition to the changes mentioned earlier in this form, you may also wish to notify us about a change in the accounting reference date, a change in charity’s activities as held on the Register, etc.

Information may be shared with other regulatory bodies including HMRC, and selected information will appear on the Scottish Charity Register.
