The Scottish Charity Number starts 'SC0' and can be found on the Scottish Charity Register.
Applicant information
If you are applying on behalf of a charity, please state your position and the organisation you represent.

If you are a company, has the body wound-up at Companies House?
In addition to the changes mentioned earlier in this form, you may also wish to notify us about a change in the accounting reference date, a change in charity’s activities as held on the Register, etc.
