The Company has been formed to benefit the community, defined as being those individuals who ordinarily reside in Glenmoriston, who live between the Dundreggan Dam and the Cluanie Dam on the River Moriston, as defined by the postcode units IV63 7Y J, IV63 7YL, IV63 7YN and IV63 7YW (The Community"), with the Purposes listed in the sub-clauses hereto ("the Purposes"), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs), namely: 4.1. From April 2016 we began to publish charities’ accounts, initially for those charities with an annual income of £25,000 or more, and for all SCIOs.

From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:

  • a copy of the charity’s constitution.
