4 The organisation is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are to advance public participation in the sport of martial arts, predominantly but not exclusively the Cowdenbeath area of Fife, and in doing so; i. Provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities within the operating area, with such facilities/activities being made available to members of the public at large with the objects of improving their conditions of life and providing opportunity; and ii.
