FOLM has been established to advance citizenship and/or community development (including the promotion of civic responsibility, volunteering, and the voluntary sector) by supporting the development of Lochore Meadows Country Park, referred hereafter as LMCP for the benefit of the community. In furtherance of the Object the purposes are to: 4.1 advance environmental protection and/or improvement within LMCP through supporting the maintenance, conservation and/or improvement of the facility. 4.2 advance heritage, particularly among users of LMCP, including: - 4.2.1 increasing public knowledge of the history of LMCP; 4.2.2 supporting the preservation and improvement for the benefit of the general public, the historical, architectural and constructional heritage that may exist within LMCP in buildings (including any structure or erection and any part of a building as so defined) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest. 4.3 support the provision of recreational facilities and activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for all members of the public who wish to use LMCP. 4.4 do all such other lawful things as appear to the Committee of Trustees to be necessary or desirable in pursuance of these objects.

From 09 March 2026, OSCR is required by law to publish the names of a charity’s trustees as part of its Scottish Charity Register entry. We are also required to publish each charity’s annual report and accounts as received from this date, which may include the names of certain individuals. The only exceptions to publication are where a charity or one of its charity trustees applies for this information to be excluded, and OSCR is satisfied that publishing it would jeopardise the safety or security of a person or premises.

If the charity trustee information on a Register entry appears blank, this may mean that an exemption applies or that the charity has not yet provided the required details to OSCR. Supplying this information will become mandatory as part of future annual submissions.

  • its annual report and full accounts, if submitted after 9 March 2026
    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
