The company?s objects are to: provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities for people in Mid Argyll to encourage them to engage in cycling and walking, in order to improve their health and well being as well as reducing their social exclusion. In furtherance of this charitable object the company will: (a)provide safe, inclusive opportunities to residents and visitors to Mid Argyll to increase their participation in cycling and related activities, through community based services including free loans (or affordable donations) of bikes, e-bikes and all purpose bikes and related equipment; (b)promote and encourage cycling (and learning to cycle) as an affordable and accessible means of improving the health and well-being for residents of all ages and abilities within Mid Argyll; (c)advance the development of active and sustainable travel, together with travel for leisure and commuting across Mid-Argyll, in a manner which promotes awareness, conservation and protection of the environment; (d)advance health improvement and social inclusion for Mid Argyll residents, through referrals from and involvement in local partnerships, networking and other initiatives both local and national.

From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
