4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of arts, heritage, culture or science, to promote religious and racial harmony through the acquisition and exhibition of films of artistic and cultural significance by running an annual film festival in the historic town of St Andrews. The film festival aims to provide advocacy for emerging filmmakers by giving them a platform to showcase their work and foster their development in the British film industry. From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
