What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
The overall objective is to create a movement of social change within our communities, in terms of educating those that will engage with individuals with neurodivergence at crucial life transitions ; our main aim is to fully integrate ND individuals into all aspects of society. To do this we coordinate & deliver a series of support groups, training opportunities workshops & information seminars to our service users free of charge; we also deliver ‘neurododivergent ’ courses (the content covered includes Parenting neurodivergent children , Educational Inclusion and Communicating with Professionals). We currently have three Charity Trustees with a wide array of skills and experience, all our Trustees have ‘vast lived experience’ of the issues ‘Differabled Scotland SCIO’ was established to address, re: ND, which has been of huge benefit to our organisation, and to our development.

From 09 March 2026, OSCR is required by law to publish the names of a charity’s trustees as part of its Scottish Charity Register entry. The Scottish Charity Register contains key information about a charity’s operations and finances. This includes:

  • the names of a charity’s trustees (exemptions apply)
  • its annual report and full accounts, if submitted after 9 March 2026
    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
