What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
The choir is managed by its Board to provide opportunities to sing together for its members while raising money for good causes. Its core activities are: Weekly rehearsals from September 2024 to May 2025; Two Christmas carol concerts raising funds for charity and other Christmas performances which raise money for choir funds; an annual concert (3 performances) raising funds for charities. There are also periodic performances by an Ensemble group to entertain the residents of care homes.

The Scottish Charity Register contains key information about a charity’s operations and finances. This includes:

  • its annual report and full accounts, if submitted after 9 March 2026
    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
