To provide recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational facilities for the benefit of the public and those resident in the community of Broadford and South Skye (hereinafter called "the Community") by associating with the local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations, members of the public and residents of the Community for the advancement of education, health, citizenship and community development with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended and which facilities or activities are (1) primarily intended for persons who have need of them by reason of their age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage or (2) are available to members of the public at large. From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
