The objects for which the Company is established are the establishment in Strathclyde in Scotland and the management in Scotland and elsewhere of a theafre for the purpose of public education by the promotion of artvand for these principal purpose. So, our mission is to engage as many young people aged 0-25 as possible in a varied programme of high-quality performing arts experiences, especially those from areas of deprivation or who face other barriers to participation, fulfilling their right to cultural participation appropriate to their needs. We want to champion diversity and individuality and create an accessible, inclusive, and rewarding environment in which young people can thrive. We want to transform social, educational & personal outcomes for young people by delivering meaningful, long-term creative engagement. We want to see more young people in theatres: watching, participating, creating, learning, volunteering, working and leading.
