Saint Mark's Lodge at Glasgow, No. 102 on the Roll of the Grand Lodge of Scotland Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons (hereinafter referred to as the Lodge ") shall be held exclusively for the purposes of Freemasonry and its practice confined to the Degrees recognised by the said Grand Lodge, conform to Charter granted 17th Nov l766. The Charter, books, papers, jewels, clothing and paraphernalia shall be handed over to said Grand Lodge, who’s property it shall become for Masonic purposes. The Charter, the Annual Certificate renewing and continuing the privilege of holding meetings, and a copy of the latest edition of the ‘Constitution and Laws’ of said Grand Lodge and the Lodge respectively shall be exhibited at every meeting in view of and open to the inspection of the members.
