1.To give financial help for further education for a pupil or pupils who have been educated in the Primary School, Lochinver, and who in the opinion of the Trustees would benefit from such further education who being able and conscientious pupils require financial assistance to complete their further education. 2.To provide for educational aids and equipment for the use of The Primary School in Lochinver, in addition to items provided by the Education Authorities, to augment the funds of the School for the promotion of Excursions for the study of Nature, Botany etc. And to make grants to similar objects 3.For the assistance or comfort of the elderly, informed, disabled, handicapped or sick persons residing in or near Lochinver who are not provided for by public funds or that may be required at any time including emergencies and shall also include in particular the services of oxygen, oxygen masks, ripple mattresses, equ8ipment for the physically or mentally handicapped, low-visual aid instruments, magnifying glasses, “helping hand aids”, electronic urine testers for colour-blinded diabetic patients, travel assistance for patients or visiting relatives from Lochinver to hospital and assistance in the payment of telephone expenses to house-bound local persons in isolated places.

From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
