2.PURPOSES The Church’s purposes (“the Purposes”) are the advancement of the Christian faith (primarily in Pitlochry, surrounding communities and the wider population in Perthshire in which the Church is situated) and also throughout Scotland and the rest of the World by all means consistent with the teachings of the Christian Bible, including worship, ministry, mission, prayer, witness, education, community service and the support of agencies and individuals and other charitable organisations involved in Christian missionary work and the relief of poverty or other social needs. In pursuance of the Purposes (but not otherwise), the Church shall have all powers required to implement the Purposes and carry on any other activities, so far as is consistent with the terms of the Act, which may further, be incidental or conducive to the furtherance of any of the purposes
