What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
Our charity provides a space for our village and surrounding community to get together for social or fundraising events for example, creating a place to hold classes, put on entertainment, have table top sales, showcase musical talents etc. Regular dates are coffee mornings, residents nights and keep fit classes, which serve the immediate community, helping combat lonliness, encourage communications and encourage friendships. We also hire out the hall to gain income for its upkeep. We have a committee led by trustees who give their time voluntarily to ensure this is run according to the rules and regulations within our Deeds of Trust.

    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
