The Objectives of the Association shall be to promote the welfare of pre-school children with special needs using Leven Child Assessment Unit and their parents/carers any manner which is now or hereafter deemed by law to be charitable and without prejudice to the foregoing generality:- 2.1 To provide funds to build an extension and to purchase equipment for use within the Unit, outwith the funding provided by the statutory Authority. 2.2 To support the parents of children who attend the Unit. 2.3 To provide funds to enable children to visit places of stimulating interest. 2.4 To assist the staff in the Unit to further the achievement of the children attending the Unit. 2.5 To assist in the education of the public at large with regard to pre-school children with special needs.
