What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
The charity’s objects and principal activities are to offer and provide support, friendship and practical help to families with at least one child under the age of five in their own home, who are experiencing some kind of difficulty and are living in the East Fife area. The main objectives and activities for the year continued to focus on the promotion of this objective. The strategies employed to assist the charity to meet these objectives included the following: • Providing a range of services which reflect the relevant quality standards and address the potential problems of the charity’s supported families; • Working towards applying national standards of service; • Working in partnership with other agencies and charities to ensure the widest possible range of services is available to meet and match the needs of the charity’s supported families.

The Scottish Charity Register contains key information about a charity’s operations and finances. This includes:

  • the names of a charity’s trustees (exemptions apply)
  • its annual report and full accounts, if submitted after 9 March 2026
    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
