(a) To promote the well being of the Community served by the Bemera Polling Station (Breaclete & Heath Park HS2 9LT Kirkibost HS2 9LX, Dun Innes HS 2 9LY, Hacklete HS2 9ND, Tobson HS2 9NA, Croir HS2 9LZ, Earshader HS2 9LP, Drulivig and Lundale HS2 9LW and Linshader HS2 9DR) as defined by the electoral roll (hereinafter called the Neighbourhood) without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions, by association ofthe Local Authorities; Voluntary Organisations and Residents in a common effort to further health, to advance education, to provide a meeting place and facilities for physical and mental training and recreation and social, moral and intellectual development, and to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and other such objects as may by law be deemed to be chantable. (b) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a Community Centre (hereinafter called 'the centre'), for activities promoted by the Association and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above projects or any of them. The Association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.

From April 2016 we began to publish charities’ accounts, initially for those charities with an annual income of £25,000 or more, and for all SCIOs.

When a charity publishes its accounts on its website and has supplied us with a link, we have made this available. From late 2017, where the charity is a company, a registered social landlord or is also registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, a link is provided to the relevant regulator’s website where the accounts are made available. We accept no responsibility for the functionality, accuracy, or content of external websites – if you experience a technical issue with an external link, you should contact the charity directly.

You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:

  • a copy of the charity’s latest statement of accounts
  • a copy of the charity’s constitution.
