(1) To implement the conditions of the Deed of Trust made by Alexander McIntosh, President of the Braemar Royal Highland Society, James Cuthbert Donaldson, Manager, Bank of Scotland, Braemar, and Ian Weir Fraser, Minister of the Church of Scotland, Braemar, dated 12th and 14th December, 1959. You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
