What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
The charity provides facilities for members of the local community of aged 50 plus years to meet and undertake activities in the interests of relieving poverty and improving life conditions. Most of the adults who use the facilities and their families or carers have access to other voluntary organisations and statutory bodies who work in partnership with the charity and offer help and support if required. The charity provides an opportunity for it's beneficiaries to meet and make new friends and to participate in a wide range of activities including day trips, gentle exercise, quizzes, music, coffee mornings to name but a few. Transport is also provided as required.

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
