The Trust Property shall be held and applied by the Trustees and their successors as aftermentioned in trust only for the purposes and on the terms and conditions as follows:-... (2) The purposes of the Trust are the provision, administration and maintenance of an emergency vehicle for the use of the duty doctor at Peterhead Health Centre who will be free to take such vehicle on all calls or to their home as shall prove necessary and any other activity which can in the opinion of the Trustees be advantageously carried on in connection with or ancillary to any business of the Trust as aforesaid. The day to day control of the said vehicle will be with doctors of the said Health Centre and they will be responsible for the routine maintenance and service of said vehicle.
