As the primary purpose of the Trust hereby created, the Trustees shall hold, the Trust Fund for the purpose of reimbursing any employer or employers of two nurses who have the qualifications and have undergone the training laid down by the National Society for Cancer Relief of Michael Sobell House. Thirty Dorset Square, London (hereafter referred to as "Cancer Relief"). Such two nurses shall (a) carry out their duties principally within the District of Inverclyde and (b) operate under a, job description as laid down by Cancer Relief and (c) provide statistical information as may be required by Cancer Relief. Reimbursement shall be in respect of wages, superannuation, employers' national insurance contributions and all other outgoings as laid down in the Macmillan Grant Conditions by Cancer Relief in respect of the employment of such nurses, but only in so far as reimbursement has not already been made by grants given by Cancer Relief or any other body. Reimbursement shall be made annually (or more frequently at the discretion of the Trustees) on application made to the Trustees by an employer of such two nurses, who is able to show to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustees that the above provisions have been complied with. During the period of eight years from the date of this Trust Deed, the Trustees shall be obliged to keep in hand either the whole of the Trust Funds or if the Trust Funds (including capital income and accumulation income) shall exceed in value the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pounds, funds to the value of such sum (hereinafter referred to as "The Primary Funds"). The Trustees shall devote the Primary Funds to the aforementioned primary purpose during the said period.

You have the right to the following information under section 23 (1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, from the charity direct:
