'OBJECT: The object of the association shall be the promotion of the traditional it’s and culture of Tiree, particularly among young people, through the organisation of an annual Feis, and regular classes and artistic events.

What the charity is set up to do and how it does this:
Fèis Thiriodh is a voluntary, community charity group that provides an annual programme of tuition in traditional Gaelic music, instruments, dance, drama and song for children aged eight to eighteen. We also offer a week of activities for 5 – 8 year olds and daily short introduction for under 5s. The Fèis is based in Tiree school and provides activities for children from across the Tiree area and holiday makers. In addition to our daytime classes, the Fèis will also be holding a family dance, a tutors’ session in Scarinish Hotel and a Celebration showcase.

From 09 March 2026, OSCR is required by law to publish the names of a charity’s trustees as part of its Scottish Charity Register entry. We are also required to publish each charity’s annual report and accounts as received from this date, which may include the names of certain individuals.
