East Scotland Regional Scout Council provides oversight and leadership to our 10 Districts, 95 Scout Groups, 2,037 adults and 6,464 youth members in the Local Authorities of Angus, Dundee, Fife and Perth & Kinross. Our aim is to promote the purpose of Scouting, to actively engage and support young people aged 4 - 25 in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. We are organised in line with the Values of Scouting: • Integrity - We act with integrity; we are honest, trustworthy and loyal. • Respect - We have self-respect and respect for others. • Care - We support others and take care of the world in which we live. • Belief - We explore our faiths, beliefs and attitudes. • Co-operation - We make a positive difference; co-operate with others, make friends. Charity accounts and constitution – what information do we publish?

The Scottish Charity Register contains key information about a charity’s operations and finances. This includes:

  • the names of a charity’s trustees (exemptions apply)
  • its annual report and full accounts, if submitted after 9 March 2026
    (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.

Under section 23(1)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, you have the right to request the following information directly from the charity:
