The Trustees shall pay or apply the whole or any part or parts of the capital or income of the Charitable Fund to or for the benefit of such Qualified Charity or such Qualified Charities and if more than one in such shares and proportions between them and generally in such manner as they may from time to time be directed so to pay or apply by the Table Council of the Round Table... Subject as aforesaid and after the expiration of the said period the Trustees shall pay or apply the annual income of the Charitable Fund or so much thereof as shall not have been applied in accordance with any such direction as aforesaid to or for the benefit of any Qualified Charity or Qualified Charities in such shares and proportions if more than one as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit.
