3. The objects of the Charity are:- 3.1 The protection of human life and the promotion of good health throughout the world by both providing, and assisting in providing, holistic healthcare services and health education, these provisions including: 3.1.1 holistic health care to Christian workers and those engaged in Christian work abroad or in the UK 3.1.2 holistic health care for travellers and expatriate workers, both departing from the UK and whilst working abroad 3.1.3 holistic healthcare services to others as agreed by the Trustees 3.1.4 promoting health education for travellers and expatriate workers and other health care workers providing such services 3.1.5 engaging in research to improve health care for travellers and expatriate workers 3.2 assisting in crisis relief of poverty, distress and famine, in situations the Trustees consider appropriate, whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere: 3.3 carrying out such other legally charitable purposes for the advancement of the Christian faith as the Trustees shall think fit; 3.4 supporting any body having objects which the Trustees consider compatible with the Charity's objects; 3.5 to engage in and to undertake all other similar charitable purposes.

From 09 March 2026, OSCR is required by law to publish the names of a charity’s trustees as part of its Scottish Charity Register entry. We are also required to publish each charity’s annual report and accounts as received from this date, which may include the names of certain individuals. The only exceptions to publication are where a charity or one of its charity trustees applies for this information to be excluded, and OSCR is satisfied that publishing it would jeopardise the safety or security of a person or premises. If the charity trustee information on a Register entry appears blank, this may mean that an exemption applies or that the charity has not yet provided the required details to OSCR. Supplying this information will become mandatory as part of future annual submissions.

From 30 June 2025, OSCR began collecting charity trustee information through OSCR Online. Providing this information is a legal requirement for all charities. (Accounts submitted prior to 9 March 2026 will be redacted, or may not be published, depending on the charity’s income level or legal form.)

These changes are designed to improve transparency across the charity sector in Scotland.
