The charity is set up to manage the running of the Ollaberry Hall in Ollaberry, Shetland. This provides a venue for social and recreational activities in the area. It ensures that the building and adjoining grounds are maintained to a good standard, with improvements and repairs carried out as and when necessary. Also it makes sure that all applicable legislation is adhered to and the building is adequately insured and safe for all its users. As well as providing a venue for hire to local groups and residents to hold events, it organises, with the help of volunteers activities itself.
