OSCR has today (31 October 2025) published an inquiry report on its inquiries into Edinburgh Social Enterprise Network Limited (SC044030).

OSCR received concerns about the governance of the charity, and inquiry was opened in May 2024.

From our inquiries, we concluded that the charity trustees acted with the care and diligence required of charity trustees acting under the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. OSCR has found no evidence of wrongdoing in relation to the governance of the charity.
