While such activities shall be primarily for the benefit of residents, they shall be open to people living outside the area.” “To manage the Hall in furtherance of the above objective and to maintain and improve the Hall and its contents and the ground associated with the Hall for the benefit of users.” We are a member of the Scottish Council for Volunteering Organisations (SCVO).
