RESOLVED: Issue with signing in to OSCR Online

Update: This issue has now been resolved.

We are aware of an issue with OSCR Online which is preventing users from signing in. When prompted to select a charity number on the login screen, no charity numbers are shown in the drop-down menu and inputting the charity number manually results in an error message stating the charity number is not recognised.

This means users are currently prevented from logging in to OSCR Online.

Our IT suppliers are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. 

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we resolve the issue.
