Scots Charity Law Engagement: Transparency & Accountability
This first discussion will look at transparency & accountability in Scottish charities. This will allow participants to discuss the proposals and to debate the benefits and implications before the Scottish Government publishes its recommendations for next steps by the end of this parliament.
This event will look at and discuss:
- Publishing annual accounts and reports
- Trustee database
- Removal of charities persistently failing to submit accounts
