An initial evaluation report into the monitoring of cross border charities. Cross border charities operate as charities in more than one jurisdiction. This report looks at the level of compliance by cross border charities with the new monitoring regime introduced by OSCR in May 2009 and provides us with a better understanding of the cross border charity sub sector.
