Code of Fundraising Practice Consultation Events

The Fundraising Regulator for England and Wales has suggested these changes based on recommendations from the former standards adjudicator, the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) as well as emerging issues from public complaints and fundraisers queries, and wider regulatory and legal context. They are now looking for feedback on these changes.
The Independent Fundraising Standards & Adjudication Panel for Scotland in collaboration with the Institute of Fundraising (IoF), the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) and the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), are keen that the sector engage and provide feedback. We’d therefore be delighted if you were willing to attend to share your expertise, experience and opinions.
A representative from the Fundraising Regulator will be attending the event, giving an overview of the consultation and answering any questions you have alongside members of the Independent Panel, IoF, SCVO and OSCR. This is a great opportunity to find out more information to help you to respond to the consultation.
Three events will be held throughout Scotland:
- Dundee on Friday 24th March at 12:30pm
- Edinburgh on Wednesday 29th March at 1pm
- Glasgow on Friday 31st March at 3pm
