Crown Database Right 2006
The Scottish Charity Register ("The Register") is subject to
Crown database right.
You may download parts of the Register free of charge in any
format or medium under the terms of the Open Government Licence
which you can obtain from or view at the addresses above.
Electronic Copies of Documents
OSCR will supply applicants with an electronic copy of the whole
Register or parts of it in accordance with the procedure for obtaining an electronic
copy. OSCR will not supply copies of the Register for re-use
for commercial purposes.
Individuals, companies, IP addresses or blocks of IP addresses
who generate unusually high numbers of daily database accesses,
whether generated manually or in an automated fashion, may be
denied access to these services without notice.
