There is a comprehensive range of guidance and support available on this website. However, if you prefer to talk to a member of staff you can do so in the following ways:
Visiting
It is not usually necessary to visit our office in person as our
website offers a comprehensive range of information and guidance
materials. If you do visit our office you will be seen at the
time of any pre-arranged appointment. If you visit our office
but have no formal appointment, while we will endeavour to assist
you, we cannot guarantee that someone will be able to meet with
you.
Please note there is no visitor car parking except for disabled
drivers. Our office is located on the second floor and is
accessed by a remote controlled door entry system. If this is
likely to cause you problems, please let us know in advance so that
a member of staff can arrange to meet you at the entrance to the
building.
