Integrated Reporting: Phase 1 supporting documentation
Phase 1 of the project was led by a internal project team. The project team reported to a project board consisting of OSCR senior management and three external 'critical friends'.
Project board
The project board met at key stages of the project to discuss its development, and reported to OSCR's Board.
The Terms of Reference and the minutes of the Project Board are provided below:
OSCR's Board will consider the final recommendations at the end of 2010.
Charities Reference Group
We also established a Charities Reference Group made up of representatives of charities and umbrella bodies. The Group has assisted our options development, specifically by testing out our evaluation findings and commenting on our consultation plans. The Terms of Reference and the minutes of the Group are provided below:
