SORP Committee Meeting 12th April 2007
The third meeting of the SORP Committee, chaired by Andrew Hind, considered four papers, concerning: the Accounting Standards Board's consultation on accounting for heritage assets; the impact of international accounting standards on the next SORP; updates to SORP 2005 to reflect changes in the law; and advice on the treatment of grant income for the draft information sheet.
The SORP Committee has planned a full schedule of work and the final meeting of the 2007 SORP review cycle is on the 19th October 2007.
