Rolling Review

Under the 2005 Act, OSCR is under a duty to review entries in the Register from time to time, as well as to remove from the Register a charity that no longer meets the charity test. These requirements form the basis our Rolling Review of charities:

Consultations

Our Consultation and Participation Strategy sets out how we will consult and engage with our stakeholders. It is intended to be an evolving document and is open for comment. If you wish to comment on our strategy you can do so by emailing info@oscr.org.uk

Our consultations involve a written paper inviting answers to specific questions or more general views about the material presented. Written papers are distributed to organisations and individuals with an interest in the area of consultation, and are also made available on our website.
